Hi, I’m Melissa Venis-Brooks, the owner and service provider at Hair by MelissaVB Inc. Located inside Total Salon Studios in Palm Coast, FL. I’m committed to providing personalized hair services to my clients in Palm Coast, Flagler County, Bunnell, Flagler Beach, and Northeast Florida. I've established a cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time. While I understand that life happens, repeated or last-minute changes can impact my ability to serve all clients effectively.
My Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I know plans can change, and I aim to be as accommodating as possible. Here’s how I handle cancellations and rescheduling:
Canceling or Rescheduling in Advance:
You can cancel or reschedule your hair appointment up to 36 hours before your scheduled time without any penalty. Just let me know via email, text, or phone call, and I’ll take care of it for you.Late Cancellations (Within 36 Hours):
If you cancel less than 36 hours before your appointment, I may charge up to 50% of the service rate if I notice it becoming a recurring issue or causing scheduling problems.
Appointment Confirmations
To make things easier, I’ll send you a confirmation reminder the day before your appointment via email or text. From that reminder, you can:
Confirm your appointment with the link provided.
Reschedule or modify your appointment through your online account.
Cancel your appointment through your online account.
Reach out directly by replying to the email or giving me a call if you need help.
Running Late or Missing Your Appointment
If You’re Late:
If you’re running late, your appointment time may need to be adjusted to stay on schedule for other clients. I won’t always be able to extend your session, and the full service fee may still apply.No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notice, I reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service rate, particularly if it becomes a pattern.
